The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically processed within 1-5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process due to manual verification requirements.
ojo89 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are beyond our control.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ojo89 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. You must not use ojo89 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and confiscation of funds.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to these Terms. To initiate a withdrawal:
ojo89 processes withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours after receipt and verification. Actual transfer time to your bank account depends on your bank's processing schedule, typically 1-4 hours during banking hours. First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification, which may add additional processing time (typically 24-48 hours for document review).
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 per 24-hour period. ojo89 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may impose receiving fees or conversion charges.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have wagered at least 100% of your total deposits. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 before you can withdraw. This requirement helps prevent money laundering and fraud. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in Section 6.

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. A typical wagering requirement is 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, ojo89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the ojo89 platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
ojo89 is not responsible for any technical failures, service interruptions, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the ojo89 website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of ojo89 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
